The cutoffs for IGDTUW last year i.e. 2019 for OBC for round 1 was near about 17000 for all branches except mechanical . But the cutoff rank dropped in 2nd round which makes you a bit eligible.

As per your rank and category you have a good chance of getting iiit hyderabad .But cutoffs may vary depending upon a lot of  factors .So I am predicting from the last year's cutoff .Getting cse might be tougher but you can get other courses .Try checking out
