Yes you have a chance to get into NIT Hamirpur CSE. The previous year's cutoff was 28329 for CSE in NIT Hamirpur. Cutoff for this year will be more or less same. You just need to wait for a few rounds to get a chance in NIT Hamirpur Computer Science
