According to your percentile, your predicted CRL rank will be around 2,30,000 and category rank will be in the range 37,300-37,500. Their are some NITs with Bsc + Msc integrated course, like NIT Rourkela, NIT Patna, NIT Surat, etc. I will list down the closing ranks (obc category ) for the above mentioned branch in various colleges.

Hope you are doing well. No, it will not be a problem if your caste certificate is not assigned by Central. It is okay with your state caste certificate. But yes, it is important for it to be in the format mentioned by NTA in their site.
