Jee main 2021 counselling ke liye aay praman patra ka jari date kab se hona chahiye. please tell me

Atul Singh 10th Sep, 2021

Dear Student,

Not only in JEE counselling but in every college counselling they ask you to submit the newly created documents like Caste, Domicile and Gap certificate.

Btw the all certificates should be created after April month in all types of counselling so if you don't have any new one then create it as soon as possible otherwise you will loose your candidature or the benefit of your caste.

good luck :)

The number of candidates appeared in each attempt are differs with one another and also does not carry equality with regards to the difficulty level in each attempt. Then how could be the "Best of 4" rule is suitable while arising at final result of JEE main 2021 Exams.

Anurag Khanna 9th Sep, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

First of all let me clear you with the meaning of percentile, percentile is nothing but a percentage of candidates having score equal or less than you, so if you are getting 98 percentile then it means that 98% candidates have scored less marks then you in JEE-Main.

Now let me explain you the way of calculating result through an example. Suppose there are 4 shifts, some were difficult and some were easy, Now in difficult shifts it would be difficult to score more marks as compared to that of easy shifts, now if the shift would be difficult then it would be difficult for each and every candidate appearing in that shift therefore they all will ultimately score less marks as compared to the candidates scoring in easier shifts, so to remove this partiality the percentile system has been adopted.

Because of this it is much possible that candidate of easy shift on scoring 105 marks get only 90 percentile but on the same place any candidate of difficult shift might get 95 percentile even on 100 marks. So what all maters is difficulty level of paper.

what is percentile if 137 marks in 26 August shift 2 jee main 2021

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 8th Sep, 2021

Hi

This is a bit difficult to predict as your marks vs percentile vs rank in JEE main depends upon a number of factors like

>>>> number of students that appeared in the  jee main exam,

>>>>kind of marks obtained by them ,

>>>>toughness level of the jee main examination for different shift etc.

But yes,

As  per our predictor at https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor

With 137 marks

- -------------------) your percentile will be around 95.54 - 97.32 considering  the  shift mentioned by you of moderately easy level paper as per the analysis by experts .

--------------------) Considering the worst case if we go with  95.54  percentile then your rank will be around 45626 - 51290

You have chances in NIT like NIT Agartala,  Nit mizoram etc

JEE mains 2021 expected qualifying  CUT OFF percentile to be eligible for jee advanced  is given below for different categories on the basis of past year trends :

Category                  jee  main 2021 expected off percentile

---) GEN-EWS :-                      70 -75

what is my percentile for 110 marks in jee main 2021 on 26 August shift 2 (moderate shift)?

Ayush Roy 8th Sep, 2021

Hello Meenar. I hope your health is good and you are doing well. You mentioned your JEE Main exam shift allotted was on 26th August Shift -2 and want to know your percentile based on your score. Well, based on your NTA Score, your overall percentile should end up somewhere around 92.27 - 94.73 considering the difficulty to paper to be moderately easy according to experts.

Now, for instance, if you secure 92.27 percentile, then your AIR-CRL may end up within the range of 79078 - 88895.

If you secure 94.73 percentile, then your CRL-AIR may lie somewhere around within the range of 53912 - 60605.

If you want to get a detailed report on your eligibility in various colleges based on your performance in JEE Main, I encourage you to use JEE Main 2021 College Predictor:

I got 85 percentile in jee main 2021 in gen EWS category so which college can i get in Rajasthan

Sameer Rao 8th Sep, 2021

85 perentile in JEE main is pretty bad. Please do not expect a seat in any NIT as it is impossible to gain a seat with those marks. However, you may try to apply in private colleges like Arya, and many more. However, it is in my opinion that you should try writing more exams like BITSAT, and CET to try and gain a better footing.

hope this helps!

my CRL rank in jee main 2021 is 527831 and in OBC-NCL rank is 184541 can i get any government college

Anuj Kumar 18th Oct, 2021

The seat allotment of Central institute like NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs depends on factors like Gender of student, community of student, Category of student, Home state of student etc. You profile says you belong to Orissa. With this rank, it is very difficult for you to get institutes like NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. I would suggest you to apply for State level councelling. You can also apply to these colleges which accept admission Based on JEE Mains marks:

  • PMEC Berhampur - Parala Maharaja Engineering College
  • VSSUT Sambalpur - Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology

To know more what colleges you could get based on JEE Mains marks, use this tool: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=jee_cp
