Hello Aspirant! If you've registered with your wrong email address then you should have rectified it then itself or when NTA starts the correction window. Now, you can't register with another email address until and unless you want a fresh that is new candidate registration. All the attempts given before would be lost and you'll be registered as a new candidate. So if you want a fresh new candidate registration, you can register with a new email id but if you want to appear in another attempt in the same year then you can't.

The official will release the JEE Main paper 2 cutoff 2021 after the conclusion of the exam. Till than students can check the JEE Main paper cutoff 2021 for paper 2 for various institutes to know the closing rank within which admission is offered by the institutes.

With your Rank , It's quite tough to get  any NIT or IIITs with JOSAA counselling, But yes , you can get some of the following colleges across India with individual B.Tech domain as per last year cut off details :
