According to me all these three NITs are his for CSE, but I would suggest that you should go for NIT Jamshedpur. It is had has good education and Placement record. Also the environment there for coding is quiet developed. You will be able to learn a lot and that will surely help you in your career. Now talking about Placement, this year the highest package offered was 30LPA with Average Package of 12LPA.
Around 80 companies take part in the recruitment drive including big names like deloitte , Tata Power, etc.

You must upload a VALID certificate issued after April 1, 2021 by October 2, 2021 till 17:00 IST in the online portal.
You have to submit your valid OBC-NCL certificate before downloading your admit card.

If you belong to general category then unfortunately getting admission in your preferred college or any other college is not possible with this rank of yours.
Your rank is very low in order to get a seat at any engineering college. Try to come under at me at 50k rank to ensure a seat at some good engineering college.

As you are in general category, the competition is very high for JEE seats and your percentile is very low comparatively.
It's seems impossible for you to get any seats in the central and state government institutions.
But you can take admission in some private institutions or deemed universities.
