JEE Main Exam
Hello Aspirant,
Closing ranks of last year were like :-
@ Other State quota
National Institute of Technology Agartala - Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering (50,010)
Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (A Central University), Bilaspur, (C.G.) - Industrial and Production Engineering (67125)
@Home State quota
National Institute of Technology Agartala - Production Engineering (3,89,981)
National Institute of Technology Sikkim - Civil Engineering (777527)
National Institute of Technology Arunachal Pradesh - Mechanical Engineering (187138)
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the official website of JOSAA as given below :-
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
So on such rank and category you have no chance to get any of the NITs/IIITs/CFTIs/GFTIs until and unless you deserves Home state quota for NITs mentioned above, so I would recommend you to either go for state counselling for autonomous government colleges or for private colleges or you can prepare for further attempts of JEE-Main and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-

Hello Shrawan,
NTA has changed the pattern of attempts from two to four in a year, so that students get a chance to improve their results. It is clearly mentioned in information brochure that it's not compulsory to appear in all four sessions. You may attempt any of them you want. It's all up to you. You may predict your rank and percentile through: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=jee_rp
Hope this will help you.
Thank you!
Dear aspirant,
As you have got 58 percentile so as per my view your score would be around 25 but let me tell you that it can differ depending upon certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs.

Hello Aspirant! BIT Sindri is a government college in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. Only qualifying JEE Main won't give you the key for getting admission at BIT Sindri. You must have a Residential of Jharkhand to prove that you're from Jharkhand as only students who are from Jharkhand are eligible for admission at BIT Sindri. No other states are eligible for admission in this college. You must be from Jharkhand and have a residential and you also need to qualify the cutoff marks of the same. Hope this helps.
