Hello Farhan,
If your father's name is different from the marksheets of class 10th or 12th then there is need to worry but that's the case where either the name is mis-spelt or the name is completely wrong but in your case there is full name on the marksheet but on AADHAR card it is in short form so there is no need to worry and you have to mention the name of your father as the complete name and at the time of admission this is understandable because sometimes in some ID Proofs due to shortage of spaces/margins the name is written as it's short form so this will not create you any problem. This is applicable for both applications either it is of JEE-Main or for CET of any other state.
On December 16th 2020 the application process for JEE-Main 2021 February attempt has been started by National Testing Agency (NTA) which is the conducting authority for JEE-Main 2021. You can apply for JEE-Main from the official portal of JEE-Main which is given below :-

Hello Aspirant,
See JEE-Main pattern has been changed in 2019 when the conducting authority was transferred from CBSE to National Testing Agency (NTA). Now JEE-Main is conducted twice in a year, first attempt in January and second in April month. In each attempt various shifts are allotted to the respective candidates to avoid over crowding and smooth conduction of an examination. There are two shifts in a day in which JEE-Main is conducted in both the attempts. First shift starts from 9:30 AM and gets over on 12:30 PM whereas second shift starts from 2:30 PM and gets over at 5:30 PM. You have to only appear for any one shift as allotted by NTA in your admit card.

Dear aspirant,
According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to give jee exam in 2021.
Yes, you can surely give jee mains in the next year provided you fulfil certain conditions-
You should pass your 12th in the year 2019 or 2020 or 2021. It is mandatory.
Your aggregate should be 75% in pcm which means you should be in top 20 percentile.
These are the two main conditions to be fulfilled.
You need to mention the exact percentile of JEE mains to get exact marks. Whatever if your percentile is 99.02 - 99.23 the approximate marks will be 151 - 160. If percentile is in between 99.27 and 99.6 your marks would be in between 161 and 180. If the percentile is 99.6 to 99.8 the approximate marks is 180 to 200. In the case you have scored a percentile of 99.8 to 99.9 marks would be predicted as 200 to 220, and if it's above 99.9 the approximate marks will be above 220.
Hope it's clear now.

There is nothing like that it's just it is convenience for the students who are not able to perform in first attempt/exam so that they do have other chance to give their best. If you don't want to appear in both the exam it's your personal choice your rank or marks are not going affect.
