Yes you can get the seat for these colleges but in the beginning ranks are a bit high you musn't lose hope , keep your self updated because sometime we don't pay attention and miss the chance .
First You can try for your home state Nit's and other colleges because it will provide you an edge over other candidates. Just compare the ranks of home state and other state below and you will spot the difference.

You got 10043 rank in general catagory & 847 in ews catagory in Jee paper 2 .
Now, see , 10k ranking in jee paper 2 is obviously a descent AIR.
With 155+ marks, one candidate can get a government college.
With score 130 - 155 , one candidate can get a good private college.
With 100 - 130, one candidate can get a medium private college.
So, you may get a good private college. You have chances to get a govt seat also.

Congratulations for your rank , I'm sure you gave your best. Now, coming to your question, it's not really possible for you to get into NITs or GFTIs, belonging to general category( I'm assuming you are from general category because you haven't specified any category). Usually, to get into NITs or GFTIs from general category, you have to have a rank between 10k, so i don't think you have much chances.
