Hi
This is difficult to make prediction as cutoff depends upon various factors like :-
-----------) number of students/ candidates that appeared in the jee main exam,
-----------) number of available seats,
-----------) performance of different students in the examination,
-----------) the branch you want,
-----------) the category you belong etc.
But yes,
When we go through previous year trend then
With 60660 rank,
You have chances in GFTIs, as per round 6th , 2020 in josaa counselling , some if which are listed below:-

Hello Aspirant,
See if you have mentioned your OBC rank then it is very difficult to get any good colleges like NITs/IIITs/GFTIs but if you have mentioned your CRL rank but you belongs to OBC category then you have good chances to get some NITs.
If we go through previous year's data of seat allotment On the basis of data mentioned in the question by you, you can go for the enlisted colleges :-
Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar - Chemical Engineering (12819)
Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur - Metallurgical and Materials (12704)
Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad - Bio Technology (13638)
National Institute of Technology Calicut - Bio Technology (12212)
And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the official website of JOSAA as given below :-
Note that the above list is merely a prediction which has been made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of either JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
So you can use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your chances of admission in different engineering colleges of India on the basis of your JEE-Main 2021 result :-
For your reference, you can check out the link given below to have better idea :-

If you are asking for colleges on such rank then unfortunately on such ST rank it is very difficult to get any good college like NITs/IIITs/GFTI on such ST rank because closing ST ranks of last year were like :-
@Other state quota
Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar - Industrial and Production Engineering (3317)
National Institute of Technology Agartala - Production Engineering (3445)
@Home state quota

Above prediction has been made considering past year cut off data but closing rank for colleges varies every year depending upon many factors like jee main question paper difficulty, number of students writing the exam etc so
Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you have secured 62 marks in JEE mains and taking into consideration that you are from general category so let me tell you that in this marks your percentile would be around 75-80 and your rank would be around 2L.
In this rank it's very difficult to get good colleges like Jamshedpur, durgapur, Silchar, allahabad, rourkela, Calicut. But you can hope for lower nits like Srinagar, Agartala, Arunachal Pradesh as the cut offs are low.

Hi,
JEE Main result and rank list are expected to be declared by September 10 . The results and rank list are announced before the commencement of the applications for IIT entrance — JEE Advanced. This year, the JEE Advanced application forms will are scheduled to release on September 11 .
Hello Dear,
You do not mention the exam in which you got 18579 rank. But if you are talking about WBJEE.
It is very difficult to predict the college because you do not mention your state region(home state or other state). As you know, all the seats of WBJEE are allotted on the basis of GMR rank and your general merit rank is 18579. You are belonging to OBC category. So you have OBC category quota. There is chance to get admission in some colleges that are accepting WBJEE scores such as
Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology
University of Kalyani, Kalyani
Haldia Institute of Technology, Haldia
Narula Institute of Technology, Agarpara, etc.
You can also predict college from the link given below :- https://www.careers360.com/wbjee-college-predictor
