Hello student this year student of class 11 and 9th get promoted to next class on the basis of internal marks and Mark's obtained in previous examination. You'll get pass but it'll better if you visit your respective school and request your subject teacher/ class teacher to pass you on the basis of viva or marks obtained previously. Submit an application with a valid reason why you didn't appear for practical examination.
