• Domicile holders of Jharkhand, who have passed Class XII from Jharkhand Board would also be eligible.

Since you have completed your intermediate from Jharkhand, you would be eligible to get the benefits of home state reservation and appear for home state counselling.

Domicile is where a person born and where his family lives for years.your query is not complete so assuming you are talking about neet exam.neet accepted both the domicile where you live and from where you studied so no need to worry go for counselling you need to produce domicile certificate at the time of admission.
