Hi
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But yes,
When we go through previous data then,
With 417 marks,
You hold a low chance for bds in a Government Medical College .
For example,
in neet 2020, 566 marks for obc category was the cut off / lowest marks to get a bds seat in Govt. Medical College under jharkhand state quota and it was for Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences, Ranchi
You can check the same at
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-jharkhand
You have chances in following private colleges for BDS in jharkhand :-
Awadh Dental College and Hospital, Jamshedpur
Hazaribag College of Dental Sciences and Hospital, Hazaribag
Vananchal Dental College and Hospital, Garhwa

Dear aspirant
Hope you are doing well. As you scored 524 marks in neet ug exam 2021 . To get government medical college, a student must score minimum 610+ for general category, 580+ for obc category, 480+ for sc and 420+ st category candidate for mbbs courses. So you have not mentioned your category, so I consider you as a general category candidate, so it is quite difficult to get government medical college with this Score.
