There is very low number of medical College in Jharkhand state due to which cut off marks for Gen category candidate goes very high every year.
Neet2020 cut off marks for Gen category Through state quota counselling was 604 marks.
So at your expected marks you have almost no chance of getting govt college in Jharkhand.
You can try for only private medical colleges,Tata Manipal medical College for a seat.
For low private medical colleges fee's you may try in kerala and Karnataka state counselling for private medical colleges.

Hello student as you've not mentioned the college in which you're willing to take admission, I'm unable to provide you the exact information. I request you to please help me with the college name so that I can check and provide you the exact information about.
You need to fill the application form for admission and if there's entrance examination then you need to appear and qualify the entrance examination in order to get admission in that particular college.
You can check whether college offering admission through entrance or merit on Careers360.
Feel free to comment if you've any doubt
Good luck
Your score is low to get you admission in government mbbs colleges in your category.
Last year neet 2020 cut off for OBC category through jharkhand State quota counselling was 601 marks.
Cut off marks for OBC category in Chattisgarh was 548 marks.
So if we compare and see the trends your expected marks is way too low to get govt. MBBS college.
