Hope you are doing well. It is difficult to say because cut off change ever years depends upon various factors like.
As per pervious years trends cut off obc category students in ug neet exam for government medical college is above 580+. So chance are less to get a government medical college for MBBS in jharkhand.
You can check the same through given link below, previous years cut off of jharkhand medical college.

You can use college predictor tool to know your chance in other college using neet ug college predictor tool. Link is given below.

Hello,
If we go through last year cut-offs for 85% state quota for SC Category, then 408 marks secured a seat in manipal tata medical college, jamshedpur hence you may have chances regarding this, the chances for MBBS in other colleges such as Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College and Hospital(Jamshedpur)/Patliputra Medical College(Dhanbad)/Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences(Ranchi) seem bit tough because of higher cut-off marks, however you hold good chances for BDS in the following colleges under state quota belonging to sc category-
this is completely based on previous year data, cut-offs are subjected to alter every year based on various factors such as

Hi, man so basically you want to apply for college and looking for a good package the company could provide. So I'd highly suggest you to apply for BTech Computer Science. So you can apply for any private college and apply for Computer Science background.
You can apply for colleges such as Birla Institute of applied sciences, Lovely Professional University, Amity University etc.
Hope this is helpful
Hello Aspirant! It's completely okay if you have a birth certificate from a different place than that from where you did your schooling. What matters is where you were born and if you were born at Ranchi then your birth certificate should be of Ranchi itself and not from where you did your schooling that is Patna. Hope this helps.
Hi
It's quite difficult to predict because cut off depends upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available etc
When we go through previous data then
With 522 marks,
You hold a low chance in a Government Medical College
For example,
in neet 2019, 571 marks for obc 1 category was the cut off / lowest marks to get an mbbs seat in Govt. Medical College under jharkhand state quota and it was for Patliputra Medical college, Dhanbad
You can check the same at
You have chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their neet 2020 , 2nd round cut off :-
----------) K.S Hegde Medical Academy, Mangaluru:- 491 marks
----------) Rural Medical College and PIMS, Loni:- 489 marks
----------) Amrita Institute of Medical Science, Kochi:- 479 marks
----------) Manipal Tata Jamshed Pur:- 468 marks
And a few more
