As per last year's cutoff, selection was made upto rank 275 for BSc(H) under SC category so you have decent chances of selection. But cutoff changes every year so it is difficult to tell exact chances. If you have received the call letter you should definitely take part

Yes there may be chance that you can get into vnr college.but based on conveyer quota that you belong.

And also u may be able to join in the same college in management quota.

Only 5% of the seats are given for TFWS. So, as you have a rank of 7780, you won't get a good college. You will get a college that has less demand. But, with your OBC reservation you'll get a better college.

Yes you are right , some colleges get done with their processes by then. But even after May, you will get calls from private Bschools and management institutions ;especially for direct admission. 

However do check the site of ATMA for list of colleges accepting MAT scores for MAY exam.
