Netaji Subhas Open university is UGC DEB approved and NAAC-A accredited. NSOU is the premier state open university in India. It's all degree are valid for Government Jobs. However, you must have obtained the Bachelor degree under 10+2+3 education pattern. So, NSOU degree will be valid for Railway jobs also if not specifically mentioned about the regular degree.
