See there are no Computer Science paper in IIT JAM. Now if you have Physics and Mathematics as your GE subjects then you can apply for different papers but there are no such course of MSc in Computer Science offered through IIT JAM.

The Indian Institute of Technology JAM examination will be conducted on 13 February 2022 for the session 2022. The Indian Institute of Technology jam will be conducted by Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee for the session 2022.
Other than this it is also expected that IIT JAM results will be announced in the month of March 2022. You can expect the same dates to be followed in the next year 2023 for IIT JAM.

As per the eligibility criteria released by IIT Roorkee for JAM 2022 you would be considered as eligible for JAM 2023 (JAM 2023 eligibility criteria would hardly have some changes) because as per the eligbility criteria if you want to pursue M.Sc.- Ph.D. Dual Degree in Operations Research from IIT Bombay then you should have Mathematics or Statistics for at least two years/ four semesters and you have mentioned in the question that you had studies Mathematics for 2 years during your Bachelor's programme, so you would be eligible.

But note that above eligibility criteria is for JAM 2022 because till now JAM 2022 has not been conducted and for 2023 new brochure will be released but usually the eligibility criteria remains same for every year except that of some minor changes. So make sure to check out the eligibility criteria for 2023 as well.

Yes dear, you can appear in IIT JAM 2023 examination even if you have passed your degree examination in 2021
This is because,
There's no cap on the number of years you remain eligible after passing your degree. Also, there's no age limit.
So, you are eligible for IIT JAM provided
You must have passed your qualifying degree examination with at least 50% in your graduation or at least 5 CGPA out of 10 to be eligible if you belong to General / OBC category or you must have got at least 55% in your graduation or at least 5.5 CGPA out of 10 to be eligible if you belong to Sc or ST or PWD category

Yes, you can attend 2023 IIT jam exam. This is because there is no barrier on the number of years the aspirant remain eligible after passing the degree . Also, there is not age limit criteria that candidate need to fulfill in order to appear for jam exam.
