Sorry but you can't get IITs with this rank but you can get admission in Top NITs as per your M.Sc. Stream. For Admission in IITs, your rank must lie below 2000 AIR. but with this rank you can get Top NITs such as NIT Calicut, NIT

if you belong to General Category then you can't get IITs. if you belong to OBC or SC/ST Category then you can get IITs easily.

If you belong to General Category, then you can get Top NITs for Your M.Sc.

You can get IIT Hyderabad for M.Sc. in Mathematics or Mathematics and Computing. Cutoff for Previous year was AIR 2221 in SC Category. So there are chances that you can get admission in this IIT only.

apart from that, you can get any Top NITs.
