WIth AIR 180 you stand a good chance to get in IIT Indore. You do not need Maths at 10+2 level. But, since you cleared the exam you should be having the required knowledge of Mathematics. You also have an option in the NITS.

Yes of course you will get a chance with 4110 rank in iit jam chemistry under pwd category. And I think may be in IIT KANPUR or any better according to the seat availability.
