Shruti Smaranika 30th Oct, 2020

Hello aspirant,

Don't need to get worried. If the status of your application form shows "UNDER PROCESS", it means that your application form is getting scrutinized by the officials of the conducting board whether you've filled up your application form in correct order as per the requirements given. Since the officials have pointed out the mistake and you have rectified it in time, so it is not expected that your application form will be rejected. After the completion of scrutinizing of the application form, the officials will send you the confirmation over the mail that your application is found to be in order and has been accepted. So, be patient enough to wait for the confirmation mail.

Hope, it helps you.

what can i do? I fill completely iit jam 2021 form along with payment but they say"" If you are seeing this screen, it implies that your payment has not yet been received by JAM 2021. In case you have made online payment earlier, it is not accounted for and will be refunded by the concerned bank. "

Shruti Smaranika 30th Oct, 2020

Hello aspirant,

There's nothing to be worried about. If your online payment had got failed due to power or internet disruption, then when you get back online again, immediately check the payment status on the official website of JAM. If it shows that it is paid, a confirmation message will show you and you can proceed for further steps.  If it's not received by JAM, then you've to start again with the payment steps so as to complete the process. If in case, if the money is debited in the first attempt from the account, then it will be refunded back to your account. For payment, you will be charged only once. See, this happens often due to network failure and don't need to be worried, extra money if you had paid to JAM, it will be returned to your account.

Hope, it helps you.
