IIT JAM (Joint Admission Test) conducted by Indian Institute of Science Bangalore once in a year for admission to various M.Sc programmes.
For cracking IIT JAM exam you should start your preparation immediately as you are already in 2nd year and for that you should be aware of the whole syllabus for the M.Sc mathematics and the important topics for the exam.Create a schedule for the daily study hours and the topics you will be covering,maintain your schedule and try to adjust yourself accordingly.

its better to get ews certificate in prescribed format, because it will be helpful in smooth process. So try to get certificate in prescribed format. However bt chance if you dont have certificate in prescrihed format, you need to provide proper explanation of it, amd male sure that there is no fradulant work is there.

Hello student as per the eligibility criteria yes you can add all the percentage and make it 55 percent any how in the final qualifying degree or 5.5cgpa scored out of 10.
If you're from sc/st/pwd category you Need to obtain only 50 percent or 5CGPA.

It is conducted only for following subjects
You are eligible for jest which gives a successful career in IISc institute far better than iits in research field. There are some other institutes like IISER, BITs giving you M.SC academics.
Yes, you can sit for iit jam for msc in chemistry with bsc in zoology or botany honours with side subject as chemistry.
Any B.Sc. Degree with Honours and without Honours(General) both are equally eligible for the exam. Here's the list of B.Sc. Degrees accepted for IIT JAM Exam.
B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology.
B.Sc. Honours
B.Sc. Nursing
B.Sc. Biotechnology
