You might have a chance in IISc Banglore,IIT Bombay,IIT Delhi,IIT Guwhati,IIT Roorkee if you belong to SC,ST,OBC or General-PWD category.

Yes according to the guidelines provided by JAM examination committee, no correction in the application form will be accepted after the admit card has been released and that has already happened. So yes in such a case you are liable to not get selected even if you pass the examination
