Admission in IIITs is based on JEE Mains rank. With good rank in JEE Mains you can get seat in IIITs. Through JEE Advanced also some IIITs gives admissions.

It will be cancelled only when u are below general cut off means 89.75 percentile and if u have crossed this then u will be considered As general category

As you have not mentioned your category, so by considering you as a general minimum percentile should be 85 ,and for ews percentile should be 84, for OBC percentile should be 80.

It would be up to you to choose you want which channel you want to be considered to apply for admission in IISER ,you can choose anyone between JEE Advanced and SCB but not both .
