You have to secure atleast 85 percentile marks ( may be more depending upon exact statistics).
But it is not all about qualifying ; jee advanced is a good level exam and if you are prepared for it than you must do good in jee mains also.

If you have cleared the JEE Mains Cutoffs, you become eligible to appear for JEE Advanced exam. According to your JEE Advanced rank, you can get a seat in an IIT. Admissions in NIT and IIIT has nothing to do with JEE Advanced rank. NITs and IIITs take admission
