Since you have scored 99 marks in JEE mains April session, there are much chances that you would qualify for JEE advanced, but getting seat into NIT'S or IIIT'S, although you belong to EWS category, it's very much difficult to get seat into NIT'S or IIIT'S.

For admission in institutes like IITs it is mentioned that agregate 75% is required. Only PCM or Computer and English Mark will be counted?

It depends on your capability and capacity to score at least 140 marks even if you have not studied class 11th. For this, you have to study in a smart and  proper way. About 60% of questions are from class 12th.

Yes if you're appearing this year in board exam then you're eligible for jee, you can give the exam in year 2019 and 2020 because according to the eligibility criteria of jee the candidate can only give the exam in the year he's appearing for board and the next consecutive
