The only way to sit for jee advanced is to clear jee main paper1. You will not be allowed to sit for jee advanced if you qualify jee main paper2. It is conducted only as a purpose to take admissions in NITs and SPAs for barch and bplannig courses.
As per the rule you need to have either more than 75percentage in board exam or be in top 20 percentile. So if you come in top 20 percentile in your respective board than you can give.

Answer for your question is: NO. According to the official release you can appear for JEE Advance only twice in successive years, but there is no as such age limit. But, yes you can still give Jee Mains as you can attempt Jee Mains three times.

Dear Shivam, you can give Jee advance but not this year as the counselling for NITs, IITs and various other engineering colleges starts after the release of the Jee advance result.
You can either take admission in any NIT or IIT and this will happen after the release of the
