with 140 marks it will be quit difficult to get admission in IIT Kharagpur in Aerospace Engineering.
if you score approximate 175 marks then you can get amission in that college with SC rank.

yes, you will be eligibile to give JEE ADVANCED.since it is required that the top 2,24,000 qualified candidates in jee mains can give jee advanced.so you're eligibile if you are under 2,10k ranks.

If your jee main AIR rank is 31000 then there ia 100% chance to get seat in NITs. If you belong to reserved categories like obc, sc, st for your state then you may get top branches like mechanical engineering, civil engineering.
