Hey Sakshi Gangrude,

As you are currently pursuing your diploma 2 nd year you are now not elgible to write JEE mains. Anyways after completing your 3rd year and you are not allowed to NIT, IIIT’s. If you Write JEE mains then JEE advance, then you are allowed to IIT.

 JEE-Advanced has two papers of three hours duration each. So in all six hours. The questions are usually objective in nature comprising of Multiple Choice, Numerical Questions, Matching List Questions etc.  There are negative markings, however in the integer section the negative marking has been withdrawn.

JEE Main exam is a National level engineering entrance exam and is conducted for admission to NITs, IIITs, GFTIs. JEE Main is also the qualifying exam for JEE Advanced. JEE Advanced is the exam for admission to IITs.
Exam pattern of both JEE Main and Advanced is different.

First thing is that Not all those who qualify JEE Advance are extraordinary in Physics and Mathematics, They are Just able to solve Physics and Mathematics Problems of JEE Advance level, which they could due to practice they do, therefore if You think You are Good at Mathematics and Physics

Actually, you should have secure at least 75% marks in the 12th class board exam, or be in top 20 percentile in the 12th class exam conducted by the respective Boards. Then only you can eligible to get NIT colleges and to appear in the jee advanced exam. And

If you have completed your diploma you cannot sit for jee advance.You can take UPSEE if you want to join B.arch.There is option for diploma holders who want to do engineering.They can get lateral entry in 2nd year of b.tech direct.But for that you need to qualify exams

Hi Aspirant,
Yes,you can be eligible for JEE after giving improvement exam in any number of subjects.Also,you can appear for the subjects in which improvement is needed.It is not necessary to appear in P,C,M.You can appear in any subject and the final marks will be chosen after selecting the highest

1)for general category ,20percent of marks .
2)for other backward community,18 percent of marks
3)for sc ,10percent of marks
