Hello Abhijit,

You are eligible for the JEE Advanced 2019 only when the examination board have declared the result of 10+2 for the academic session 2016-17 after June 2017. You can get a maximumm of two attempts in consecutive years to appear for JEE Advanced.

Sorry unfortunately you can't be able to write the JEE Advance because you are over eligible for that. Overall the candidate's have 2 attempts for JEE Advance and 3 attempts for JEE mains so you have given all your 2 attempts for JEE Advance so overall you can't

You will not be eligible for JEE Advanced 2019 if you have passed 12th standard examination in 2017. This will be considered your first attempt, so even if you attempt the 12th examination in NIOS this year, you will not be considered for JEE Advanced.
