Chances decent enough for newer IIT Like Jammu, Ropar, Dharwad and Palakkad and Tirupati.
Since seats are 11000 and qualified candidates are 31000 you can have decentchances.
Also you can convert IIST Thiruvanthapuram, IIPE Vishakhapatnam.
