1. NIT Srinagar (you may get into)

2. NIT Sikkim

3. NIT manipur

4. NIT Nagaland

So you have most probability to get your 1st choice by 3-4 round.

Yes, you have a chance of getting IIT .
With your rank in JEE Advanced., You can get
IIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur, Kolkata, Gandhinagar, Hyderabad with branches like ECE , mechanical, electrical, industrial.

If you want to desperately go to IITs than you may get into a 5 year integrated course in some lower/newer IITs in core science subjects.

Or else if you want to do proper engineering than you can try in NITs on basis of your Main rank

Hello,

Congatulations for this rank but it is still a bit more to get a good branch in an IIT. however you can go for NIT's an GFI's. That'll be more good option for you I suggest if you want to go for branches like CSE,Mechaical et cetra.
