According to me the results of all the candidates who have appeared for the exam are declared.The results were declared on june 10th.I f you are not able to see your result ,then contact the examination controller or mail your query to the helpdesk mail.

According to my information and seeing previous year cut off trends,with 3641 rank in jee advanced ,you cannot get either of the subjects like CSE ,ECE/EIE,EEE in any of the top 6 IITs.But you can get other subjects like civil,chemistry,aerospace,food tech,naval and ocean engg, materials and science engg. etc
