Arpan you need to upload the OBC certificate in the prescribed format given on the JEE Advanced portal. The original certificate is not accepted in the JEE Advanced exam. In case if you don't have the OBC certificate in the prescribed format then you can right now upload the original
May be not CS but other branches like Electricalwould be possible.
Less in chemistry means you should be atleast be scoring 10% or 12 marks in chemistry to qualify jee adv.

I'm sorry to say this , but you have very less chances , the cutoff for obc is being predicted around 110. However you may try for RGIPT , IIPE . Just wait for 10th JUNE.
The HRD Ministry has asked the IITs to release separate merit list for female candidates from the academic year 2018-2019 to ensure that each of the IITs admit at least 14% female candidates. Until now, there was only one common JEE Advanced merit list that was published for both male
