Nagender if you are getting 70 marks in JEE Advanced examination under the general category tab then you will never be able to clear the JEE Advance cut-off. Last year for the general category the cut-off was 128 marks which is expected to go down due to various reasons as last year additional 18 marks were given to each student plus the difficulty level of paper is a little high this year but still, the probability of you clearing the JEE Advanced cut-off is almost zero. And the candidates who don't clear the JEE Advance cut-off are not allotted any rank in the JEE Advanced examination.
So, I strongly recommend you to start finding out the college with your JEE Main exam marks.
