Yes there is. For that you have to qualify in JEE Advanced. It will be held on June 14 and registrations will be on June 10 and 11.

If you qualify the JEE ADVANCE, you are eligible to get admission to IIT's subject to that your Rank is Very good to get it. So just give your exam positively.

There is not much difference in jee main and advanced syllabus but in jee advanced you need to have concept clearity .There are PCM mostly in jee main advanced. Go here for more

as you are just qualified you may or not be so better not to waste time and go through counselling process or go with other exams or some other private engineering colleges

Well from my side, more seasoned IITs in particular IIT Kharagpur (That's Mine :P), IIT Kanpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Roorkee, IIT Madras and IIT Guwahati are by and large considered as great IITs.
