Firstly you should have good practice of different types of questions in jee.
For it you must follow some standard coaching material. But be sure to learn completely that material.

If you wish to pursue B.Arch from IITs (available in IIT Kharagpur and Roorkee) then you will have to first qualify Jee main paper 1 then advanced and then you will have to go for Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) but if you want to get seat in NITs then
no only 65000 approx obc students are qualified

reservation of other backward castes is provided only to candidates belonging to non-creamy layer. so, in order to get reservation, you must have NCL certificate.
