Yes,the students who are having the cutoff marks for JEE Advance mentiond in JEE MAIN rank card are eligible to aplly for JEE Advance examination.So the student who got 350 marks should apply for JEE Advance if he want to take the test.

According to the jee-main result, the cutoff is 29 for SC category student.if you got 50 marks then you definitely qualified for the jee-advance exam.
jee-advance application form filling dates are 2 may 2018 - 7 may 2018.
