There is as such no girls quota in JEE Advanced.
The percentage of seats reserved against different categories is given below:
Other Backward Classes (NCL) – 27%
Scheduled Caste (SC) – 15%
Scheduled Tribe (ST) – 7.5%
Persons with Disability (PwD) – 3% seats in each of OPEN,
Cutoff mark can not be predicted exactly because it depends upon various factors.

Retest (improvement) in 1 subject or all subjects does not have any relation with the number of attempts in JEE Advanced. Despite any improvement, your total number of attempts will be restricted to 2 only, that too will depend on your date of birth and qualifying year of 12th/equivalent

JEE Advanced previous years question papers will help you to improve your preparation for the upcoming exam. By attempting the previous years question papers you will be able to understand the exam pattern, type of questions asked in the examination and will also help to boost your preparation
Sorry to say IIST provides admission only through JEE Advanced for UG, you will have to qualify JEE Main and Advanced with required rank to get admission at IIST.

See cut off varies every year,so it is dificult to tell the cut off for this year but according to me it will be around 90-95 marks for general category.You can see the previous year cut offs below:-

I am afraid to stay that you have a very small chance if qualifying JEE Mains 2018. Which I say so is because the expected cutoffs for JEE Mains 2018 is as given here
