Do i have chance to get into IIST for m.tech? If yes than how ?

Yes, you can take admission in IIST for M.Tech programme.

It takes admission through GATE/JEST/UGC NET. 

In order to be eligible you should have complete your B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc or equivalent degree with a minimum 60% marks or 6.5 out of 10 in general category.

No, it is not compulsory that all the students will get admission in IITs.

In order to take admission in IITs you have to clear the cut off

JEE Advanced maximum marks are not defined :

 

Maximum Marks vary every year like below:

 

2017- 366

2016- 372

2015 - 504

2014 - 360

 

So, it is difficult to predict marks as exam pattern and marks change every year but you should score more than 50% marks to get

Basically,  JEE advanced is the exam which will be taken by 10+2 students so as to enter into IITS to do any BTECH course.
And you can take JEE advanced only after completing the JEE mains.
So,  doing mtech in IITS can bring you more package even 1cr

In my opinion yes, your board's preparation will be mostly covered by your iit jee preparation...as most of the questions comes from ncert so you can easily score above 85% in 12th board...however,you can start preparing from february for the boards and can solve previous years questions to get an

No that's not true....you have chances to take admissions in good colleges via your jee mains score and rank.....if you score good marks in jee mains then you have chances of getting NITs too even without giving jee advanced exam....just prepare yourself for both exams.All the best!
