i am anmol. i have temporary low vision udid card of 40 per cent disabilty. Q1.)will i eligible for jee, jee advanced and josaa under pwd category? Q2.) will i eligible for government exam after my btech ??

Unfortunately with your rank and category you do not have chances of getting any IITs. I will suggest you to sit for JoSAA counselling with your JEE Main score, that might fetch you good NITs and IIITs.

According to previous year cutoffs ,The opening and closing ranks for computer and science engineering in IIT Bombay for gen-ews category is 5 and 18 respectively.

and the previous year JEE advanced 2020 rank vs marks analysis says

Can JEE advanced only be the given in the year I first appear for 12th and the following year. What if I fail to clear MAINS, will I get two chances or I fail MAINS it would mean one chance for ADVANCE lost

JEE Advanced 2021. So, yes, you are eligible for JEE Advanced because your percentile is much above of your category cut off. So, go for it.

It is written in the FAQ section of JEE Advanced that you cannot change your category during registration and also you cannot change it for JoSAA counselling. So you have to go forward with general category. But you can try mailing the authorities of JEE Mains to see

I filled OBC - NCL category in JEE MAIN and i qualified gen category cutoff with 99 percentile. Now i am unable to upload OBC NCL certificate in JEE ADVANCED registration, so what will happen now, please answer.

As per the guidelines of JEE Advanced, if you are not able to upload OBC-NCL Certificate in JEE Advanced Portal then you could also add self declaration for the time being. The format of self declaration is mentioned in JEE Advanced notification. If you fail to upload even that
