can I write only iit jee mains to join iisc and if yes how much should I score

This institute offers four-year B.Sc. programmes in the following fields: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Material Mathematics and Earth &Environmental Science.
And yes you can go into IISC through JEE Mains
