What will be the criteria for jee advanced droppers of 2021 who appeared there 12th in 2020 but couldnt get above 75 percent?Will it be the same despite of the year we are dropping?

Dear student,

Till 2019, there was a class 12th eligibility criteria that students must have to pass their class 12 with 75% aggregate marks and it was mandatory till 2019.
But from this year due to this covid-19 pandemic the class 12th passing eligibility criteria has been given a relaxation,

hi I pass my 12th in 2019 but I didnt get 75percentage so but I give my jee main in 2019 but I didnt qualify then next year 2020 I passed my 12 th with 75 percentage I crack my jee main but jee advanced I didnt crack so my question is I pass my 12th in 2020 so I eligible for jee advanced in2021

Dear student,

If you have passed your class 12th first time in 2019, then for JEE advanced you have still no more attempt left.
Because in JEE advanced you can give maximum up to two attempts and these two attempts are counted from your class 12th passing year.

Since your category rank 1246 , then you have a fairly moderate chance of getting chemical at iit Kanpur.

You can get it, but you may have to wait till last rounds of counselling.

Yes you can  withdraw if you withdraw from JOSAA , your fees will  be refunded after a deduction of Rs. 1500/- as the procedural fees.

Answer is Yes . It is necessary to upload EWS certificate after seat confirmation in colleges which come under Josaa counselling . Also validity of EWS certificate is 1 year . Also if you are applying in state specific counselling then it will be required at that time
