No you can't.
Because as per JEE ADVANCED criteria for year 2021 you must have to passed your 12th in year 2020 or appearing (12th) in 2021.

I have passed my std 12 in 2020. If I dont appear in jee advance this year, will I be allowed to appear in 2021 and 2022.

Yes, you are allowed to appear for upcoming years.

Only those candidates who were born on or after 1st October 1997, are eligible to apply in JEE Advanced 2021. SC/ST/PWD category students are provided with a relaxation of 5 years.

It would be difficult to tell you the exact qualifying percentile but as per the previous year cutoff you should have 78.2174869 percentile as General category to write JEE Advanced.

The qualifying cutoffs of Jee Main depend on various factors like no. Of candidates appeared, difficulty of paper, highest score obtained etc. And these quantities keep changing every year, so there is no fixed cutoff. Also it depends on individual's category.
