No you don't have to give JEE mains again. JEE mains is basically a eligibility criteria for appearing for JEE advance.And JEE advance is for getting admission in 23 IITs. So if you are clearing JEE mains but fail to clear JEE advance then also you are eligible for

Im in class 11th and I want to become an astrophysicist I give jeecup exam and I got polytechnic aided college so what should I do polytechnic or not Is it possible to do polytechnic together class 11th if not then can polytechnic student apply for IIT jee bitsat MIT SAT and other exams..??

You must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in class 12th. It is not possible for polytechnic students to appear for JEE Main and Advanced.
