Hello student you just need to clear the cut off Jee main to appear in Jee advance as admission is on the basis of marks/rank obtained in Jee advance.

You need to secure rank around 7,000(Genral) in jee advance to get admission in IIT Kharagpur.

Cut off for JEE Main 2020 is not yet declared. It will be announced after the declaration for JEE Main July session results. In 2019 the cut off for SC category was 54.0128155 considering this you may qualify in JEE Main but cut off changes every year depending on

With 58 percentile in JEE mains 2020, the only chance you have for appearing in JEE advance is if you are from SC/ST category.If you are general or OBC then you have no chances of qualifying for JEE advance.

Usually cutoff of JEE Mains  for JEE advance changes every year it depends upon the number of candidates appeared for the exam, difficulty level of the exam , for a general category student you always try to maintain your percentage 85+ in order to be at the safer side.
