This is only possible if you are SC , ST or Pwd Category .

Since you have not secured such percentile which is good enough to be eligible for JEE Advanced so you need to appear for JEE Mains April attempt.

It seems you have some chances of hope for jee advanced.  Last year cutoff for general category was 89 percentile.  But this time our experts have predicted that it may be around 85.

Yes, there are chances of you getting admission into lower NIT and IIIT as you belong to OBC-NCL. But there might arise a condition where you might not your desired branch( if it's computer science or IT).
