I am from state board.my cut off in class 12 is 99% out of 200%.now,if I got AIR 1 in IIT jee.is this enough to get into IIT khargpur?

Ravi, if you got 99 out of 200, that is equivalent to 49.5%. Now to be eligible for a seat in IIT, you need to qualify either of the two criteria with respect to your 12th boards performance:

  • You need to score at least 75% in your 12th boards. SC/

In order to be eligible to answer JEE advanced, you first have to answer JEE mains and get the cutoff score to be eligible to answer JEE advanced. For that, you will have to answer JEE mains as well Advanced in the same academic year. If you are

1. Total applicants who have applied
2. Cutoff of previous year
3. Total number of candidates appeared in the exam
4. Total number of seats

Yes you can definitely join IIT kharagpur with these results. You mean you score 99% in 12th board and get the 1st rank in JEE advance (IIT JEE) , than you will be more than welcome to join any IITs of India. You can join kharagpur CSE department

For getting into any IIT, NIT and IIIT you should have scored 75% in your 12th board if you are a part of CBSE and ISC boards. But if you study under state boards you must be within 20 percentile of your state rank. You can check 20

Hello,

The NTA has set the provision for the students to give JEE MAINS exam twice in a year. Once in January and the other in April. If you have attempted both the exams, then your better score between the two will be considered. That will be used for assessment

Don't worry at all this marks is not going to determine your actual exam score :-) so chill you definitely need to work hard but be confident keep trust on yourself, ask yourself ..have I complete whole syllabus ,have I done everything required for this exam, if the answer
