Ive failed CBSE class 12th twice (2018 and 2019), Im going to write class 12th boards in the year of 2020. Will I be eligible for JEE advanced 2020 and 2021 (after I clear Mains obviously)? Also is it necessary to give the first of two Advanced exams in the year of you are passing class 12th?

As per JEE mains criteria, Candidates who have passed class 12 or any other equivalent exam in 2018 or 2019 or those who will be appearing in class 12 or any other equivalent examination in 2020 will be eligible to appear in JEE Main 2020. Those who have passed

Dear Nagaveni, if you want the EWS certificate in your name, you should be writing your name. Though you are a minor, because it will also be used for Academic purposes, you should write your name. Your father's name will have to be written under Parent's column.

Let me clearly tell you that as of now complete pattern of JEE mains changed.

And qualifying marks for JEE advanced depends on number of students appeared in JEE mains difficulty level of exam etc. But still we can say this year it will be 80-85 max.

Yes you can definitely apply for jee advanced exam because as you are born in the year 2002 and you want to write the exam in the year 2022 you will have miminum age li.it to attempt the entrance exam.So jaiswal dont worry about it.

So to write the jee mains entrance exam you need to have minimum age of 17years.As you are born in the year 2002 you have the enough age to attempt the entrance exam.I heartly wish you all the best for the exam.hope you will get good marks.
