i passed 10th in 2016 but i don't take admission in that seasons i take admission in 2017-19.and i passed 12th this year is i am eligible for 2020 JEE ADVANCE EXAM

yes you can give jee advance in 2020.
Students can attempt JEE Advanced exam for maximum two times in consecutive years.so you can jee advance exam next year also.
