Hi there,Hope you are doing well.I am sorry to say but with 2982 SC Category rank in JEE Advanced, you can't get a seat in any of IITs because the closing rank for SC Category is around 2100-2200.You can try by girls quota if you are one.
Congratulations on securing a great rank Gowtham.
With that rank you can go for branches like CSE or ECE in newer IITS if branch is your preference or older IITs with civil mechanical and metallurgy.
Try in the following colleges,
IIT kharagpur
IIT Ropar
IIT roorkee
IIT palakkad
IIT Jammu

First of all congratulations for qualifying in JEE Advance 2019.And yes you can get IIT, if you are asking for female candidate, but sorry if you are asking for gender neutral. As your rank is little bit low so ,you can get branches like Metullurgical, Biotechnology, Production
